I called to place my NUVOH20 Manor Duo system filter cartridges for the 1st time, they were courteous, helpful and happy that I chose to call them and not order off market process. I will always order from them.

I was gladdened to get the level of help for my system. 0verall the encounter was excellent. I asked for help how to stop a leak and received a new system. The only star take away is on value and that is the price of the replacement filters. One could get a significant price break years ago by purchasing many filters at a time.

Great company... Highest standards in business practices and apparently, personnel. Great to have them around to do business with. Superior products... Evidently they don't take shortcuts in making their products... I LOVE and appreciate having clean water flowing through my appliances and pipes. Makes a huge difference in every aspect of health and cleanliness, PLUS I love always having clean toilets and sinks without having to scrub chemicals on them, only to have to repeat the cleaning process on a weekly basis. All around gem of an American company. Top products, top service.
