We were very happy with the service we received from Susan and her other team member (that we met). They were willing to inspect more than just our apartment, as we live in cohousing and the community was quite concerned. The treatment offered seemed tailored to what they found and was completed on time and efficiently. Susan provide a ton of information before and after the various steps: inspection, treatment i and 2. We would definitely use this company again!

Susan provided helpful information over the phone and by email ahead of the visit, and Krystyna was so reassuring on-site. It was a relief to know that we did not have a bed bug issue, and to learn more about what to look for in the future. I live in a small space with lots of fragile items, and was completely comfortable with the careful way that Krystyna managed the dog inside. Wonderful and easy process to help set my tenant's minds at ease! Bed Bugs can always be a scary prospect, so I'm glad an inspection was made quickly in the event that we did need to treat for bed bugs!

My partner and I were incredibly anxious after discovering a bed bug in our home. A free inspection by someone from another company only temporarily soothed our concerns; the inspector noted he didn't see any evidence of bed bugs throughout our space, identified the bug we'd caught as a male, and left us a few traps to help monitor our space. After a few days, however, we decided to look into having a bed-bug sniffing dog come through, having found through our research that dogs are much more reliable than humans in detecting bugs. We contacted Susan and she talked us through our situation and the entire inspection process, as well as providing a lot of useful information. It was clear to us that she is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced around dealing with bedbugs, and so we set up our dog inspection. She provided us clear instructions on how to prep our house to best ensure a successful inspection, and was able to scheduled really quickly. Krystyna, the dog trainer and inspector, was very thorough and helpful as well, and actually found a few eggs and fecal stains on a bedroom curtain the dog was unable to detect due to its height. We then worked with Susan on a treatment plan which focused on balancing minimizing cost for us with what she believed would be an effective treatment (using the eco-friendly spore product Aprehend in the affected bedroom). The treatment took less than an hour, and so far, we're resting much easier. We have about another week or two until we can be more certain we are bug-free, but all in all, Susan and co. made this process much easier through providing us time, information, and quality service at a cost we could afford. I strongly recommend them!

This is our second call to Susan and NWK9. It is an amazing service and both times enormous peace of mind know whatever is going on at least it isn’t bed bugs! Last call was more than 5 years ago and just as wonderful as the first time. Love Krystyna and her amazing Labrador! We were luckily to get a spot less than 24 hours after we called.
