A scam or just incompetent? Oasis charged me $300 to diagnose a non-existent slab leak and recommend that I spend several thousand dollars excavating my foundation to repair. A second opinion from American Leak Detection cost me $89 to quickly determine that there was no detectable slab leak and that the problem was a leaking dishwasher.,,
