I own two weeks/units, one in building A and another in C. Building A corridor and rooms are always clean. However, the ELEVATORS and ENTRY AREA S for building C & D needs some face-lift.

I go for Feb and March annually... they provide excellent service and are very accommodating . I appreciate maintenance fees being on the lower end to increase value as I’m canadian and dollar exchange is high

We have been owners for over 20 years and hopefully will be for another long time. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful, but like any business with many employees, there are the few who do not care and drag their feet. In the past year, some of these have been taken care of. Thank you Mrs Morrisson. On the overall esthetics, colors of doors, buildings and pools areas should be harmonized to reflect the paper headers and front sign. Front office and sign are very welcoming and gives an impression of quality, clean and tastefully decorated. As as for the rest, looks like we purchased leftover paint. Windows should also be scraped to removed paint. As mentioned above, we enjoy our time there every winter.

My experience of having to be on 5th floor for 10 days last February was unique. I hope the elevator is fixed for good now. There really needs to be another option. However, we really like coming to OL every year.

Would have been nice to have a bottom floor especially with traveling with two kids who got tired going up and down the stairs. It would be helpful if an elevator could be put in the other buildings other than in Dream and Caribbean.

We own 7 weeks down there so I'm a bit biased. It's not a 5 star resort and we know that. It's always been Good. The staff does a great job. Our only complaint is the people who are allowed in with so called service dogs. Since 2008 we have been coming and we always boarded our golden retriever for 8 weeks! It's costly. Now we show up and many people are carrying small dogs with fake service collars. It's totally not fair.

We love Ocean Landings, and have owned for 22 years. Hopefully the pandemic will allow us to come in 2021. Not looking good right now.
