We own 4 weeks at OLR. We've been coming there a long time. We love it. One very bad experience with bed bugs has dampened our spirits about it. But we'll be back.

I've always had a great experience at Ocean Landings & resort and I never had a bad experience at the reception. I've been going to this hotel for the past 9 years during march break and every year they have updated an area to make it more inviting for their guests. Cocoa Beach is a great city and my place to stay is Ocean Landings & resort.

My family has been vacationing to Ocean Landings since the 70's. My grandparent's owned a timeshare for 2 weeks while leaving in Merritt Island. They bought this so we wold have a fun visit when we came down to visit them. We have made it a family tradition. Later in life, they signed their 2 weeks over to me and my sister. We find it a very comfortable, affordable fun vacation. Everyone is so friendly. They have remodeled and upgraded many times over the years. The latest remodel is my favorite. This may not be a 5 star resort but the hominess and convenience is well worth the money! The access to the pool and beach is close and convenient. We have enjoyed many awesome vacations over the 40+ years we have been going there!!

Nice clean establishment where we stayed the night before a cruise to use their parking as we drove to Florida from Ky. We were able to park our car there for two weeks. They use a very good shuttle service that took us to the pier and picked us up when we returned. All for one price. Would defiantly use again.
