Our stay in B building during the month of March was enjoyable. We were very appreciative that we didn't have to move during our 4 week stay. The front desk personnel were very accommodating. However, we did experience times when the front desk people were not informed of what was happening at the front pool. Perhaps more communication between maintenance and them would be good. The room service was exceptional and the women were friendly and wanted to please. Thank you for everything. We were sorry that our stay was cut short by 2 weeks and hope that all of OL's staff is well and safe.

Robert has passed away, please direct all to Louise Clemenger. Coming there since late 90s. Love coming in January. No complaints once the luggage cart issue was resolved. The elevators always look shabby though. Great bargain in a great town.

I have owned since 1990 and have never been disappointed with any of my stays. I especially appreciated the help they gave me when I wanted to do an internal transfer of weeks.

Great place! Cocoa Beach is like stepping back in time. The resort is older but very clean and maintained.

Some units are showing their age-- especially the lower hotel units on the south side of the property. Ive long maintained that even an older property can remain viable IF the management makes a deep inspection of its rooms and then fixes the worst and then the second worst etc etc. I would resist the temptation to try to fully book if some of the units need attention-- just dont rent those BUT make an immediate effort to restore and then get them back in the rental pool.
