Throughout his career, David has continued to developed his knowledge of the human body. With over seven years of experience, David has become a leader in the field of fitness. He has designed his own style of training which focuses on posture, metabolism, pain management, and performance. And, Brittany?s passion for fitness led her to pursue a B.S. degree in Kinesiology and minor in Health Promotion from George Mason University. As a college student-athlete, she gained a strong background in competitive athletics (Division I Rowing). With college athletics now behind her, she enjoys running ½ marathons. As a Certified ACSM Exercise Physiologist, Brittany has experience working with individuals of all fitness abilities in both corporate and commercial settings. Her goal is to provide education and awareness that will inspire and motivate you to have fun while attaining your health and fitness goals. She believes that everyone can find an enjoyable form of exercise and activity to fit their lifestyle!

I have been working with David for over a year. Originally, I was interested strength training. I had previously been working on long distance running. He has helped both with strength, but has also made some great suggestions regarding my endurance training as well. He has also encouraged good, sound dirt advise. I am a physician and have a busy schedule. He has been very flexible with my schedule. An added bonus is the workouts usually go by fast because he provides great conversations.

I have been working with David over a year now. I'm a professional Ballroom competitor and needed a trainer who understands and adapts according to the specific needs. He changes my workouts based on my injuries and body pains to make sure I get most out of every workout (very safely) which is BIG for me since downtime is not good for competitive business. I also had him with work with my dad who is now 65 years old and he saw great results in 3 sessions. What I like about David's workouts is that the routines are not flat. They involve a good mix of stability, rotation and plyo that is crucial to avoid injuries. Also not to mention David is very professional, always there before if not on time! I highly recommed David if you are looking for a scalable "therapeutic" workout where you can safely grow stronger without injuries with a professional yet very friendly trainer.

I have been working with David for nearly a year. During that time I have gotten great advice from him about how to improve my diet and also about tracking my caloric intake. I like to work with David during our training sessions, because he explains what each of the workouts are working. He makes sure to show me the proper form while doing the workouts as well. If you are looking for someone who knows what to do and help you achieve your goals, look no further.
