We got scamed/phished with our PC held hostage until we sent cash via western union to India. We contacted your company and thankfully, Matthew C. was able to fix our PC, by doing a "work around" the new Administer password so that he could remove it and access my PC. He had to do a lot of work to fix it and we are grateful to him! Thanks to Matt!

Chris answered my questions and explained your different support options. Upon completing application he took over my computer and stared cleaning and removing programs while I left my home to attend a meeting. When i got home he completed installing task and asked if I had any question. I hope we will have a long term relationship. Don Campbell

This is my first time using One Support, and my experience was great. Ryan was able to get right to the heart of my problem (I couldn't find my contact list after upgrading to Windows 10), and not only locate the list but export it into my gmail account. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and I was very happy with the results. He was a life saver.
