I needed a pair of open toe shoes because I have developed a problem with my toes from wearing shoes round the clock. I figured this pair would be good to wear at home; I can wear my heel lift while my toes are out and not pressed together. I called the number on the website for sizing help and Helen said to purchase size 7 on the website because she has a pair of size 7 on hand. She will ship them out the next day she said and she also promised to refund my shipping fee because Walmart offers free shipping on these. I did what she said and purchased a pair from the website on March 6. On March 8 I sent her an email asking about the shoes and my shipping refund. It was only then that she refunded my shipping fee and ACCORDING TO HER she prepared my parcel together with free socks (this is 2 days later and not the next day like she promised. And only because I emailed her). She said that post office might not pick up until Monday. I said it was fine. I got an email with tracking number at this point. Fast forward to March 14 (6 days later) I tried tracking the shoes and it has not been picked up. I emailed Helen and she said my order has been canceled. Mind you, I did not even get a notification that this happened and no refund as well. She told me to re-order the shoes from the website without even issuing a refund. So in essence she was asking me to pay AGAIN. I questioned her about this and asked for a refund and then she asked me- “are you asking for a return? Did you return the shoes?” At this point I felt like I was talking to a person who’s high on drugs. I said I never received the shoes, never got a refund and she was asking me to return the shoes?? Again, I just asked for a refund. She replied with- your shoes have been delivered. Wtf?! Just 10 minutes ago she said that my order was canceled and that I should order again, then she told me to return the shoes, then she said my shoes have been delivered. I replied with- if it’s true that they were delivered send me a screenshot of the delivery confirmation. After this she quickly issued my refund. She was clearly lying the entire time. She even told me that she got my order confused with someone else’s because 2 other people who ordered had the same name as me. My name is actually not that common and it’s very unlikely that 2 other people with my name purchased these ugly shoes! Walmart even returned all their stock’s because they were not selling. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I really wanted to support a small business that’s why I bought from this company. If you are thinking of buying these shoes please save yourself the trouble and get a nicer pair somewhere else. The owner of this company is a compulsive liar who will insult your intelligence by telling you dumb lies that don’t make sense. She offered to send me a free pair of shoes but after all the lies that I heard I was completely done. I only gave 1 star because I had to. I would give zero stars if I could.

Only complaint I have is there is no cushion in the shoes, they are hard. I will have to go buy an inter sole :( then I don't know if I can wear them cause they may be to tight on my feet then. But love the look an style!!!
