CRAIG MOHR DID AN EXCELLENT JOB (WEDNESDAY 29 NOV 2023) FIXING YOUR INSTALL TEAMS SCREW UP (WIRING) I WAS NOT GETTING ANY HEAT JUST AC. CRAIG DIAGNOSED THAT YOUR INSTALL TEAM HAD WIRED THE UNIT INCORRECTLY, THERE FORE I WAS ONLY GETTING AC AND NO HEAT. RIGHT NOW, PROBLEM FIXED AND SEEMS TO BE WORKING. THANKS TO CRAIG.

Employees that came out to install AC were friendly but beyond that everything has been one star. One month after AC was installed we noticed water seeping thru the walls. We called AC company at 9 at night and they came out the next morning (which was nice) to fix it. The problem: the unit was uneven, which meant the drip pan was uneven causing the water to drip into the walls. A week after calling them, wanting to TALK to some one about it being their fault, I have not been able to talk to the person they say I need to talk to. It's an estimated cost of $2,075 in damage. I am just hoping insurance company can get my money back! Then there is the guy trying to sell me an extended warranty. He never let you talked or ask questions, he never explained it good, the pros, it just sounded like the AC unit will fail and I am stupid for saying no. He did not use the word stupid but that's what I felt like.

Tech did not supply me with a list of what he said he checked or any readings of what he found. He just said that everything looked good and talked about my need for a devise that would help my system start easier . Than tryed a hard sell on adding insulation and duct sealing . Spent more time on trying to sell things than on what I wasted my money on(ac tune up).

Been using Orangutan for a very long time. Just had my water heater replaced on same day it failed for less than I expected. Guys were great and cleaned up nicely.

Service call was free and they got there on time. Tech was knowledgeble and gave me a couple of options to fix my unit. Used the financing plan too which was nice
