Welcome to ParkDIA. We’re locally owned and proud to be serving residents of the Front Range area. The closest private, near-airport parking facility to DIA – Any closer and you’d need a pilot’s license! More shuttles for faster door-to-door service and less wait time – 5 minutes from lot to DIA terminals. It’s about as close to “instant” as you can get!

Overall, I enjoyed my experience with ParkDIA. I did have issues getting the QR code to scan coming in and leaving the lot. I had already pre-paid for my parking, but the machines wouldn't let me out. The machine took the ticket I grabbed coming in the lot (since the QR code didn't scan) and asked me to pay. I had already pre-paid, so the machine had me "call" a line for help. That would have been fine, but there were no buttons for me to follow the prompts to get the help I needed (i.e. press "0" to talk to a representative). Fortunately, I was able to back out as no one was behind me and get in the customer service line. They helped me quickly and gave me no trouble. The only other negative comment I have is the driver who took us from the lot to the airport drove like a mad-man! The driver coming back was fabulous and more than helpful though. She was very efficient without rushing anyone or speeding, being aware of the long wait. She took us right to our car!

It was a bit hard to find your location. Better signage would be helpful. Also, I paid ahead of time and my printout would not scan on arrival so it was a bit stressful since this was the first time I used your services. I parked waaayyy far away from the shuttles, not knowing I was to drive up to them first. But the people were extremely kind and helpful. The price was great also.

There were problems scanning in my reservation so I ended up taking a ticket. the checkout was still quick and efficient and the reservation with the points was honored.

Did not have to wait for van when we parked nor at the airport. Easy to find the van at the airport. The drivers were very friendly and offered useful information.

The people on the shuttles were wonderful. The person at the gate did a great job. The problem was the app. It was difficult to use. Once I came back to get my car the QR code did not work.
