Our experience was first rate. We were updated regularly, everything was fully explained, phone calls were answered immediately or returned in a timely manner, and the customer service was first class from the receptionist to our contact with the loan officers.

Even thought I was pre qualified for purchase of a new residence with a different agency my first meeting with Patriot home mortgage provided a face to face meeting with a skilled professional. He provided realistic options and timelines. I was approved for purchase at this time. Overall I found the experience to be stress free with the upmost professionalism shown by all members of Patriot.
