This is by far the worst group of people in the business. Used this company provided by ins. For water damage and mold mitigation from a failed appliance and the only success they had was making a bad situation 50 times worse. First they didn’t show on the start day, then failed to coordinate with cabinet company. Next, they spent 2 hours removing everything useful in the kitchen( stove, dishwasher, sink drain system) and then didn’t show up for another week. They removed cabinets and counter tops several days later, broke the granite, cabinets, and the mosaic backsplash. Removed kitchen island and left the 12-2 romex laying on the floor uncapped and only de-energized by the gfci outlet. Later, they reset the gfci tripping the breaker and causing refrigerator to turn off spoiling fridge and freezer contents. Removed curtains( don’t know why), broke the trim off the wall above the window.(no reason to have been up there at all). And worked for a total of 13 hours in 42 days. Contacted owner and he was just as crappy at communicating and caring as the rest of their team, as in, they don’t care, they just want to get paid but are too incompetent to complete the work or do any of it correctly. The only one who had any bit of care or communication was a guy named Scott. I would stay far far away from this company unless you want your house destroyed more than it was, and to be waiting on repairs months on end. There is more, but I’m sure by now you get the point.
