I ordered 9 plants and only one survived. When I reached out to customer service, I was told to propagate the plants. Well, that was a challenge being that all of the roots were rotted.

This business is shady and sells plants at unnecessarily high and unfair prices. Packaging is not amazing. My plant came in with warped leaves. I simply asked why it came in that way and they made up some excuses trying to defend themselves although they are responsible. I was offered a refund contingent on me sending the poor plant back to them in the mail. I turned it down. This company disgusted me and I will never shop with them again. They are a small business but their new famous reputation has them resorting to greedy and careless tactics.pricing is very inconsistent.
