Phoenix Neurological Associates has been treating patients with neurologic diseases in the Valley for over 45 years. Our providers are all board-certified and treat all types of neurologic problems. In addition, we are nationally recognized as centers of excellence for multiple sclerosis, ALS (Lou Gehrig?s Disease), Neuropathy, Guillain-Barre Syndrome and CIDP. In addition to standard neurologic diagnostic procedures, we perform nerve and muscle biopsies and autonomic testing in our office. Phoenix Neurological Associates also has an intravenous infusion center, offering on-site treatments for multiple sclerosis and a number of nerve and muscle diseases. Phoenix Neurological Associates accepts most insurances including Medicare and many AHCCCS plans.

It took weeks to be considered and called by staff member to make an appointment. After having all pertinent medical records forwarded prior to initial consult, patient was referred to a physician that said he would order tests that never happened and was quick to dismiss the patient's diminished capacity, slurred speech, involuntary movements as anxiety or stress-related at the initial consult! There has been no follow-up despite ER physician recommendation that the patient follow up with a neurologist. VERY DISAPPOINTED after seeking this practice based on glowing referral from a talented endocrinologist!
