We do MMA, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and weight training. You'll find equipment here that can't be found in most gyms, such as the Prowler, kettlebells, ropes, sandbags, sleds, and more.
Our facility is available to independent trainers and group fitness instructors with clientele.
