02/23/2022: everything was great until they started unloading my furniture. They did not protect my three E bikes. They tied them up on the side of the truck and they were severely damaged. They offered me $300 when the damage was in the the thousands. They did not take responsibility. Not only did I inform my representative that they were expensive but the guys loading the truck knew it and I even let them ride them in the driveway. Very disappointed. I did end up suing them and winning a judgement.
