They are not competent and overcharged for there incompetent. They charge me 300$ for diagnostic and ask 1100$ to fix it. The problem was totally different and different company fix it for les than 30 min and charge me 95$ for diagnostic and 250$ to fix it. What a different. Again incompetent and overcharged for something that doesn’t exist.

Literally lied to me and told me my entire system was broken and needed to be replaced. Then ordered me cheaper equipment than what I had requested. So I denied that equipment. Then I got up there myself and found out the controller was not getting signal to light the pilot light. This comes from the thermostat. So I checked the thermostat and all looked good. Then I pulled the thermostat off the wall and found a loose wire that had come out of its terminal. I had just gotten trim work done and they had the thermostat off the wall the entire time. They knocked a wire loose and didn’t realize it. I plugged the wire back in and the entire system works perfectly without fail. This company literally lied and told me I needed a new system because according to their guy my heart exchanger was cracked and that’s what was causing the problem. At no point did he EVER try to fix anything at all. He spent the entire time here trying to convince me and look for reasons to tell me my system was bad. IT WAS NEVER BAD TO BEGIN WITH!! They tried to con me out of $15,000

Had a pretty bad sewer issue that would classify as an emergency. I called preferred home services and Aaron and Drew came out and they were awesome. Both were super helpful, knowledgeable, and they quickly got my situation fixed. I appreciate you guys, thanks again!
