I wanted professional help in restoring my hard drive that had gone unreadable. A cell phone repair and service shop in the same mall as the Priority 1 Computer is located, suggested me to go to Priority 1. So I did go to this place. I found the staff very helpful, professional and expert and truly willing to help me and not just provide service and make money. Nick attended me and helped me. I found him really exploring the cause of the problem in order to help me in the fastest and cheapest possible way. I found him truly professional and knowledgeable. My problem was solved. There was nothing else wrong expect the connection to the hard drive itself that is through the hard drive enclosure. The great news he gave me was that everything on the drive was ok and he did help me to get it copied on a new hard drive. He even fixed my old hard drive by replacing its enclosure by a new one. I am greatly indebted to the Priority 1 Computers and specially Nick. Congratulations are due to the Priority 1 Computers for having an employee/partner like Nick. I will highly and gladly recommend Priority 1 Computers to anyone for a great service they provide. Most customers usually do have good computers and hardware but lack knowledge to understand and guess the issues they face. Having compassionate and knowledgeable experts who are also willing to help resolve customer's issues without only self interest of making money is very important in the industry. I found such a group of people at Priority 1.

I have several computers with Priority 1 Computers and they are always prompt when I need them. They always "FIX IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME" and the senior level technicians are great. I always get someone who knows who I am and they treat you like family!

Since I have been with Priority1, it has been a complete success dealing with the staff. Their services is the best and are able to fix any problem my computer got. im very pleased with them and my computer has never ran better. I rate this company as SUPERB in every facet to be considered.They were successful in restoring my computer's operation and condition from horribly mangled and bloated to precise, complete and smoothly operational. I especially treasure the direct conversation in which they're willing to engage regarding any problem in my computer without launching into a sales pitch for additions to our contract. That seems to be very common among similar vendors. The only, very slight, problem I had with them, early on, was occasional malfunction of their telephone service. That has been corrected.

Absolutely the very best people I've ever dealt with! From the very first I felt like I was a struggling student in an advanced university class, explaining my problems to a kind, understanding, patient professor who thoroughly listened to me, explained and dealt with my problems, I know this a strange way to explain my experiences, but I trust their judgment and always feel comfortable, never annoyed, never questioning their ability. 5.0 ! Took the time to fix all areas of slow computer action and explained stops to solve Stabilized and improved photo storage and clarified use of safeguards Steady work for a week to get all systems "GO" recognized many problems and stayed with it until all were fixed Completely satisfied with fixing problems another remote company had left

After wasting a LOT of $$$$ on other services that just messed up my pc more I was talking with my cable co. and they recommend Priority 1. Priority 1 is a godsend, one fee no recurring charges and people that actually know what they are doing. I am so happy I have finally found a co. that does what it supposed to do without robbing you every month. Barbara H.
