Professional, quality work, and a pleasure to deal with. Pro-Tech installed a Bosch heat pump and Mitsubishi Mini-Split and we've been very please with both. Highly recommend.

I've been using Protech HVAC Home for a few years now and they are my go to HVAC company. Chris has come out personally and serviced our equipment and is always friendly, professional, and informative. This last trip was for something simple, but he spent some extra time with me going over a few tips and tricks to get the most out of our system. I would highly recommend Chris and Protech HVAC Home!

The technician who came to my residence displayed outstanding technical knowledge and was able to make an accurate diagnosis of the problem and provided appropriate and cost-efficient recommendations. I tried other companies and they provided more expensive, inappropriate recommendations. I am glad I got a second opinion from Pro-tech.

We just bought a house in Annapolis. the heat/AC and hot water heater were 17 years old. Before we moved in we had ProTech change out everything. There price was the best and the work quality great.

We awoke on Wednesday morning to find our a/c wasn't blowing cold air. We initially called our A/C service provider who we pay a monthly fee to come out in an emergency, they couldn't come out until over a week later! We called Pro-Tech and spoke to Chris the owner who was extremely understanding of our urgent need especially as temperatures were predicted to hit 85+ degrees. He said that although they were busy if one of the technicians finishes earlier then he would contact us. An hour later Chris called and said he could come over himself. From the start of the problem, within a few hours Chris came and mended the problem. The bill was very reasonable and the job was done professionally. We have already recommended Pro-Tech and will continue to use them for all our HVAC needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Chris and the team always do an amazing job at ProTech. My furnace stopped working due to birds in the vent and the team was out in two days to repair it. Everything about this company is great. I would highly recommend.
