Dr. Padilla is the best! He is very kind and caring. I had one implant >10 years ago and am in the process of getting another. I would recommend him to anyone - and have! A coworker also had an implant and was also very pleased with the experience.

I am 2/3 of the way through an implant procedure. Dr. Bracci is an OUTSTANDING oral surgeon. The tooth removal and following procedure went exactly as described with much less pain and inconvenience than expected. He and the Progressive staff are great about communicating and explaining. A couple of comments regarding timeliness and value - theses should not be taken as dissatisfaction on my part - I am a happy, even grateful customer. Dr. Bracci is first rate. Timeliness: The doctor's competence means he's popular. My first appointment required 3 month wait. The surgery itself could have been another 3 month wait, but I was slipped in at another location so that went well. Stitches that were scheduled for removal 2 weeks had to wait 3 for an appointment. I get the impression that Dr. Bracci works really hard though; so I didn't mind being a patient patient. Value: The price for the procedure was one negotiated by my insurance company. I think I paid a lot less than I would have paid without it. I'm grateful to Progressive for taking the insurance rate; they seem busy enough not to have to do so. I highly highly recommend Dr. Bracci for oral surgery.

Hi, Dr. Josue Padilla was the treating professional who removed my teeth from the lower jaw and inserted implants. He was very kind and patient when explaining the procedure. During the process he checked with me frequently to make sure I wasn't experiencing any pain or other discomfort. I am a retired Registered Nurse and I was very impressed with my post-op care to make sure there weren't any problems developing. Dr. Gretchen Palmer was the other Doctor who was involved. She is off Winton Road in Rochester, NY. Her involvement was to make the post-op interim denture while the implants healed and the final implant retained dentures. Between the two of them, this was an excellent experience. The final outcome is that my lower teeth feel like my own and I forget that they are in my mouth. The staff at both offices was professional, personable and very helpful and empathized with me. Both Doctors called me to see how I was doing. This Friday, I am having the uppers removed and going through the same process. It was such a positive experience the first time; I'm not the least bit concerned. Linda
