Vohn Murphy was very helpful in helping us to find the correct carpeting and flooring for our home. he explained details about all the flooring we were interested in and was very generous with samples to take home and try out in our house. After taking us on a tour of the showroom, he left us to ourselves to pick and choose products with no pressure. It's been a real pleasure.

Mark and the staff at Pro Source Akron have been amazing to work with! As the owner of a local interior design studio, I have utilized their extensive showroom to find the perfect sample selections for my clients. Everyone there is friendly and incredible to work with. Mark sends material quotes back to me typically the same day and is always going the extra mile for me! I would highly recommend them.

From beginning until end the experience was great. With so many choices of companies to installers, it gets to be overwhelming. Vohn took wonderful care of us from choosing a product to recommending Sean as the installer. We would highly advise anyone who is going through the process to contact ProSource!

I worked with Chapman Home Remodeling, who works with Dave Schmitt... Dave was excellent at explaining every detail to me, patient and thorough..he was timely about checking in and a very valuable resource for our job. I will definitely use him in the future!!!

I have not had my carpet installed yet.That will be done by my private contractor. But my expirence at Pro Source was amazing.I met Mark Wile a salesman back in April.Told him I was going on a trip out of the country and not ready to make my purchase.When I returned in July he remembered my name and details of my trip and had my info at his fingertips.I highly recommend Mark and the staff at Pro Source !
