From start to finish process went extremely well . I was communicated with once ordered as to estimated delivery date . warehouse was very accommodating with my pick up . Very pleasant experience .

We are completely satisfied with our experience with ProSource, for our vinyl plank flooring purchase for our kitchen. Oliver is very helpful and knowledgeable, and is always available to answer questions. Brian Musella is highly recommended as an installer. He does quality work. ProSource has a great selection of products. I finally found exactly what I was looking for, and for a reasonable price. We will never shop anyplace else, and we have had negative experiences elsewhere (with both big box stores and privately owned businesses). We have also had a very positive experience with prefinished hardwood flooring here in the past.

Got my wolf cabinets from prosource albany and couldnt be happier. Had one little crack in the face of my corner cab, real hard will do that sometimes,. Sent a couple pics to Sue Kirsch at Albany Prosource and she got back to me immediately the next day. Had my replacement in less then a week. Love my new wolf cabinets ,like Prosource,and found Sue from Prosource very professional and on top of her game.

Very dissapointed with ProSource of Albany overall. They initially underestimated the quantity of materials I needed for the job, which led to me having to call off starting the work the day before and delaying my schedule by two weeks. When i had to return some of the mortar, i was charged a 25% restocking fee. Then come to find out they sold me the incorrect modified thinset material, when only unmodified would be allowed and warrantied by the membrane manufacturer. They accepted a return on the thinset, but would not allow me to return 2 bags of grout when my installer suggested I use a better product instead. So in essence, I spent over $7,000 on materials, and they wouldn't accept back $80 worth of grout.
