Dale is such an asset to Pro Source. He impresses me with his knowledge of all the goods offered thru Pro Source and I can always count on him to direct me to the right product for my clients. Dale is warm and personable with a great sense of humor. He has a great eye for color and design as well. Even though he puts in many hours, he is upbeat and helpful at the end of day. I so appreciate Dale and I hope Pro Source does as well.

I went to pro source for some tile for my bathroom remodel on 8/3/18. Found what I was looking for, ordered it. Was to call on 8/7/18. Called about the order on 8/9/18. Found out that the smaller tile I was looking for was not being made anymore. I cancelled the order. Still waiting on the refund to my credit card on 9/2/18. Annoyed that they did not call me about the small tile not being in stock or being made anymore. I had a timeline and they failed at good business.
