So many choices for carpet but Marian helped narrow them down and pointed out why one was better than the other. I wish that you had installers so we did not have to call someone ourselves even though you recommended a great one.

I had a very positive experience working with Charlotte at ProSource. She was knowledgeable, friendly and attentive as she really spent a lot of time helping me. She made it clear that she wanted me to be happy with the choices I made within the budget I had set. I appreciated how my small job received the same attention a larger more profitable job would get. I would recommend both Charlotte and Prosource.

This place is great. Large selection and the staff is so helpful. They didn't have sample of what I wanted and AJ looked thru catalogs with me and order some samples at no cost. I was also able to take samples from the store at no cost. Once I made my selection, I was given date for estimated tile arrival and it arrived on time. I'm very happy with the service I received and plan to use them again.

I wish I had known about Pro Source in Allen years ago! I would have saved a ton of money and received great products and service while doing so. I recently purchased marble entry tile, backsplash tile and carpeting. They have an incredible selection of first quality finishes, expert design help and their prices are amazingly competitive.

Charlotte was recommended to us by a friend, and are we glad we went with her and ProSource! She worked very hard with and for us to try to get the "perfect" wood flooring at a great price, without sacrificing quality. She did not disappoint us! I wanted to match a "hard to match" hue from our kitchen flooring, and this was harder to do than expected. Charlotte was so very patient, helpful, and knowledgeable- and we found the perfect flooring! It looks beautiful, and looks much more expensive than we actually paid! Will definitely recommend our friends and family to Charlotte at ProSource.
