My first time working with ProSource recommended by my flooring contractor. The experience was terrific from my first phone call, worked with Tess and my in person visit to select carpet. Fana made the whole experience easy. fast her knowledge of the carpet was great. As it could have been overwhelming with all the carpet samples to choose from. Megan and John were there on my second visit to the showroom. Again. the entire staff is welcoming, warm, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The quality of their merchandise is top shelf. I would recommend friends, family, and business associates in the real estate field to contact them for their clients. The big box stores can be over whelming this was so easy Fana made it a terrific experience.

The sales support and design staff at this location for cabinetry are extremely rude, distainful and judgemental without any knowledge to justify their behavior. Most importantly, they are so slow to complete pricing and material reports that are minimum requirements for creating pricing proposals for clients to be able to make purchases, that I have actually lost client business as they go elsewhere to get simply reasonable response timeframes! This is unacceptable and outrageous behavior. There is a total lack of respect for the members needs to know how to interface succesfully with ProSource operating procedures or have access and knowledge of support tools that are minimum standards for partnership success. Direct questions to this end are treated as opportunities to belittle members for not knowing and go unanswered in email requests for information sent repeatedly. If I did not have an order in process and a need for semi custom cabinet skus I would never interface with this horror of an organization again. I hope someone who gives a damn receives this information with an open mind and has the authority to make changes.

The owner & staff were incredibly disappointed to read this post. We make every effort to help our members & customers professionally and in a timely manner. The General Manager re-read email interactions over the past few months where both the account manager & cabinet designer replied to emails within 24 hours or less with care, concern and great detail explaining the information necessary for a cabinet package to be quoted accurately as well as the various ways to interface with ProSource. The General Manager reached out to this designer & after a good discussion and finding a resolution, the cabinet designer agreed to delete her comments. We really liked Stacy. She had us rank our priorities for our carpet. When my husband and I were not on the same page, Stacy brought us together with her explanations of why certain choices would work best. In the end, we are both happy with what we selected. Stacy is an excellent communicator -- an excellent guide through our journey of narrowing down selections.
