After months of delays with contractors we stumbled onto ProSource. It is already proving to be a better resource and has been of a greater value than months of dealing with incomplete quotes, partial information, and surprises. We are looking forward to completing our project with ProSource playing a huge assist role

ProSource always has great value and the staff and designers are first class. I have sent several clients there and they are all very happy with the selection of products and value.

As a GC new to GA, we were looking for a reputable flooring distributor to work with. We had never heard of ProSource before and given the name it sounded right up our alley. However, it most certainly was not. The prices are far from wholesale, and the fact that absolutely nothing is in stock creates a real problem for us as contractors (both because of wait time, but more importantly if you order too much or the pattern is nothing like the sample and you want to exchange it for something else - the shipping and restocking fees make it an impossible task). This is a store meant for homeowners who want to think they are getting a deal (they aren't, but that's besides the point).

ProSource has been extremely responsive and responsible in advising me on the flooring and installation requirements that would ensure project success. Our Account Manager, Fana, has been very reliable in answering every question or responding to every request I had. I have also interacted with the company owner, Jeff, who was very meticulous and thorough in helping decide the proper adhesive needed for my hardwood installation. Overall, I am very happy with the service and materials I purchased.

I really can't say enough how happy I am that I went with Pro Source this time. What a pleasant experience! I worked with Stacy Wray - she is soooo helpful and she thought of my every need. Prior to this corrective experience, I bought flooring online, and let me just say, what a disaster - even though it was a reputable product. I didn't save money buying online, and, I had more headache than you can imagine. I love Pro Source and will only go with them for my future projects!

When choosing flooring or wall tile, it seems that Bethany Bridges was always available for a second opinion. I also appreciate Stacy Wray and Fana Saucier for their assistance at various stages in the process when on a few occasions Meghann was not available. Thank you Bethany, Stacy and Fana! In short, you have a great team at ProSource. I will recommend ProSource to others. I am looking forward to working with ProSource on my next project!
