I think it’s great value but occasionally have clients feeling costs are high and they shop around. Most return for the unbelievable selection and display and helpfulness of ProSource staff!

Holly was a tremendous help to us. We had trouble picking out a suitable tile for our basement, so she helped us by giving suggestions, then gave us a discounted rate for the tile we chose. She also picked a great grout color that blends perfectly with our tile. It took the tile a little longer than expected to be delivered due to the Thanksgiving holiday. Overall, it was a satisfying experience.

Met with John Timper a couple weeks ago. He helped us pick out tile for 6 rooms, including frame pencils, bull nose, grout colors and more in a couple hours. His help was very appreciated!

Very professional and knowledgable! Their amazing expertise was invaluable to me as I worked through our long remodeling project. Raysa and Jonathan guided me and were always responsive when I had questions, throughout design decisions, purchase and installation. The cad drawings they provided were helpful in visualizing what we designed. Overall, I loved my experience dealing with ProSource.
