Renee, Johnathan and Pamela have been very responsive. Allowing us to take samples and giving expert advice on our remodel. Communication has been outstanding. Prices are competitive with big box and other online shops with customer service that can't be beat. Very pleased we used ProSource for our remodel.

After I was told the vinyl flooring I needed was discontinued, Rob managed to find some remaining inventory that matched my current floor while the systems were down. Maren double checked with Mohawk to make sure it was the same flooring as well. Amazing group of people to work with.

I told Keith what I wanted and the color family. He showed me exactly what I asked for, my decision was made and I was on my way in about 20 minutes. New carpet ordered just like that!
