Bob Doyle was an excellent sales representative. He showed many samples, listened to my concerns and explained the differences in carpet and padding. He also provided the names of two installers in the area. He was a pleasure to work with and I will contact him for kitchen tile selections.

Craig is very nice to work with; he has good suggestions and he is prompt in getting back to you. Been working with him on several flooring projects and now we are doing a complete overall of our main bath.

Working with Colette and Craig was very easy. They completely understood what we wanted to achieve with our remodel. Craig even suggested a one year interest free finance plan to make things easier on our budget.

Service from Rick Creamer and Colette Sendor was excellent. My contractor hasn't installed my purchases yet so I can't speak to the quality of the product.
