Prosource has been a great vendor to me for the last 5 years. Craig and the team there have always taken care of me. From selection to price and delivery they have been excellent.

Excellent procurement experience. Craig Neumann is expert when it comes to product knowledge and very patient with his clients. We had unhurried compare-and-contrast time with great assistance when needed. Made some great, informed choices and got solid value also. Highly recommend.

To be clear, the timeliness has to do with the factories, NOT ProSource. Dealing with Craig has been a pleasure, and, as stated by someone else, it does have a Cheers atmosphere. Parking has been an ongoing problem for them, but they seem to even have resolved that as well. Those that have not used ProSource West Loop for awhile should definitely come back and try it again. The changes have been a good thing. Even NEW LIGHTING in the showroom!!!!!

I really enjoy working with the people at Pro Source. They are very helpful and nice. The selection of products is great and it is easy to borrow samples to show clients or bring the clients to the showroom to work together there. I would recommend them to anyone.

Working with Craig, Tony, Lindsey, Susan and Ken has simplified my process. At ProSource Chicago, I feel like I'm walking into Cheers (where everybody knows your name -- you know the jingle). The entire staff is professional, willing to help, dedicated, and knowledgeable. Visit after visit, I have been impressed with the new information I learn with each interaction.
