for me ProSource always has been THE place to get flooring/tile etc. The customer service is outstanding (my account manager is Adam Conroy; but the other staff is always helpful and accommodating); the products are wonderful, and they make it as "easy" as possible to do home remodeling/redecorating! Could not be more pleased without sounding excessive.

The approach that ProSource uses, coordinating with professional contractors and homeowners, proved to be an effective way for us to see and select flooring, back splash, quartz counter top, sink and faucet for our kitchen renovation. Jim Brown (our consultant) is knowledgeable and creative. His timely initiative and follow-up were key in helping us make design and product decisions.

Biggest issue we had was choosing CoreTec flooring. We chose 4 options with Prosource and each option was out of stock. Same thing happened with our first choice of backsplash. Why would you have samples on display if they aren't available? Also communication was frustrating. I would get emails for other people's orders and it takes 5 to 7 days to get a quote. After many frustrating attempts we finally were able to purchase items we liked. They will work with you on pricing but make sure what you like is still available.

We had made several trips to ProSource and worked with Jim Brown. Jim was extremely helpful thru out the process and very knowledgeable about their products. They have a very wide selection and would recommend anyone looking for flooring / tile / backsplashes / etc. to check them out.
