Available product selections were great. Our service rep. was Excellent. Kim helps us make the right tile, back splash and flooring that were well above our expectations. Kim Schaumburg was the best service rep we dealt with in our kitchen and bath remodel. Highly recommend Pro Source and especially Kim. She returned our calls promptly and answered all of our questions courteously and professionally.

I have spent 10 months trying to resolve an issue with my delaminating engineered wood floor. The floor was less than 4 years old when the problems started. A flooring inspector came out and ran temperature and moisture tests on the environment and flooring, and everything tested normal and within limits. The inspector was hired by the manufacturer and his conclusion was that there must have been a moisture event for the boards to delaminate. There has never been a moisture issue and I have followed all of the ProSource cleaning requirements using Bona. I am very disappointed in the customer service provided by ProSource. While they sell Pinnacle flooring products, they will not back up what they sell if you have a problem. It takes weeks for them to return calls, and no real solution to fixing my $14,000 floor unless it comes out of my wallet. I have had a good experience with the customer service in the Pittsburgh location, however, not so much with Coppell. It is looking like I will need the courts to resolve this issue.

Kim (KP) Phemister is a great sales person to work with. She's very resourceful, showed me lots of options to consider to help give me choices in terms of materials and price that I hadn't thought of. She's also so patient and has a very calm unrushed attentive personality. I never once felt like she minded my indecisiveness and interest in seeing lots of options and all the time it was taking me.
