My experience with ProSource was a fiasco start to finish. Michael Mack handed my small job. To begin I only needed flooring for 218 square feet but he insisted I buy 280sf. He sold me the wrong wood for the floor. When the installer came two days earlier, he discovered the choice was wrong. I went back and exchanged it for another 280sf of wood of the same quality. Finally after the wood was installed, I had two full boxes of wood unopened left over. I asked Michael for a refund the cost of the two boxes plus one box of quarter round. He said he would have to have the product back in the store before he could do that. I sent it back to ProChoice. I did not get that refund but the got back all of that excess (at my expense). In the end, it took two weeks longer than it should have to get my floor installed and it cost the installer two lost days of work. I do not tecvomend ProChoice.

Have worked with Prosource Dallas Market center for nearly 20 years and they do an outstanding job of providing a wide assortment to meet my clients' needs.

I had used your company last fall for laminate flooring and have had nothing but issues. First one board that they put down had a flaw in it and insulation shows on the walls in some places. Had some minor water damage that caused a few boards to warp and the floors are scratching like crazy and look horrible. My previous laminate floors went through more hell then these floors had ever seen and held up beautifully. Very disappointed by the representative, Chad, who I had made numerous attempts to have him come back and replace some of these boards but never could get him to commit to a day and time to do this so this is the cause for this review. Been trying for over six months to get him to come back and repair this floor that I absolutely hate and pisses me off every time I look at it, it looks horrible!!! Very disappointed customer, laminate floors are not suppose to scratch, should be more durable and for the price I paid and I expect just that!!!!
