My first time building a house. Was nervous about how it all works. Once I entered the showroom Nancy introduced herself and her personality put me at ease. Nancy helped pick out flooring and back-splash and then introduced me to Nikki who helped me with all the info I needed to make a decision on our kitchen cabinets. Nikki was easy to keep in touch with through E-mail with any questions or changes I needed. She came out to our site 45 minutes from Prosource to measure and get a feel for our plans. Once we were ready to order we hit a glitch on the price compared to a big box store price. That is when I met Tosh, she worked with her contacts and was able to meet and sometimes beat the big Box store prices! A few days later I was talking with someone who had gone with the Box store and were having trouble with their items received as well as having problems getting any help to correct the situation said she felt like she was just a number. I feel very secure that if I have any problem that these people will do what is needed to help. Great job!

Maybe like most folks, we weren't completely sure what would work in our new kitchen...so we didn't know what we really wanted. Chris (Gerhart) was extremely knowledgeable and truly patient in getting us to exactly the product (backsplash) we needed. We couldn't have done it without him!!

I recently remodeled my kitchen and living room and I couldn't be happier with the product and service I received from Pro Source. Their interior decorator Nicki did a great job on designing the remodel. When I came into their store to pick out cabinets, flooring and colors, Nicki had a variety of choices that were all within my budget and preference. Pro Source has a large selection to choose from and Nicki was there to answer any question I had. Once I made my decision, the owner Chris took the lead on getting everything installed. He keep me informed on the status and game plan so there were no questions on what was going to happen and when. Their installers were very professional and did a wonderful job installing the flooring and backsplash. And they cleaned up after they were done. I strongly suggest you check these guys out before going anywhere else.
