I ordered wood from another vendor and it was damaged. Symone at ProSource was recommended to me. She got me in for an appointment quickly and helped me to choose a flooring that was not only beautiful, but that could be ordered and delivered quickly. I’ll definitely go to her for any flooring needs that I have in the future!

Although I really liked the product, I was sold 14 boxes more than I needed for the square footage provided. I had two different installers do the measurements. I explained to Trina KIng the room was a large rectangle, needing few cuts, but this was not factored in the amount I was sold. Of course, they wouldn't take back the unopened boxes. In hindsight, I should have decided the number of boxes to buy instead of letting her order for me. I trusted her. I shouldn't have. The measurements were correct - they should know how much to sell to their customers. 14 BOXES TOO MANY is outrageous. I will never trust them with another project. Beware....

Caitlyn our designer was exceptional in every way. From the very beginning she was leading the way every step. There were several small issues with accounting and switching out accouant manager that created a lower overall value score / experience.
