Symone Sorenson is the BEST sales rep! She is quick to respond to questions, extremely accommodating, and very knowledgeable. As a very busy Interior Designer, my schedule is unpredictable, and Symone can most often make time for me even when I walk in without an appointment. Visit ProSource and ask for Symone!

The absolute best QUALITY available is a must for our clients. So, this is the place to shop. So many choices to choose from. Wood, LVP, Tile, Stone flooring. The largest selection of tile backsplash around. I am always impressed with new products. They have the most style and trends. We work with Symone, but I know ProSource has an outstanding staff. Other options you can find here are Cabinet and Plumbing.

The service which was provided by our rep was okay. We had several issues and delays obtaining our tiles. We were given conflicting dates on the availability and arrival dates. We had to change the size of the wall tiles after waiting over a week. We ordered an expensive shower system, and we were initially told it was readily available. After a week we found out it's not available from manufacture, as it was out of stock. I was told they tried to order it from a couple different suppliers, and they were out of stock. I could have ordered it online and had it in three days. My experience with ProSource has been a complete nightmare as it delayed my bathroom remodel project by almost two weeks. To add insult to injury I spoke with the Manager Ray about these concerns and now I understand why the experience was not a positive one. Ray did not accept responsibility; he lacks customer service and management skills; he keeps talking over you and is not a good listener, and he is very rude. I told him I was going to call his corporate office, and he laughed. I got frustrated by his demeaner and his unprofessionalism, so I hung up on him. The conversation was going nowhere. Ray's lack of management skills explains why our experience was a negative one. Shop around and check pricing. They are not wholesalers as they claim to be. Also, the shipping charges are overly inflated and are not competitive with others. I would NOT RECOMMEND ProSource. Buyer Beware!!!!

Words can’t begin to describe how happy we are with our experience here. We worked with Trina and loved every minute of it. She was extremely knowledgeable and patient. Our entire house flooded from Hurricane Ian and we were overwhelmed with all the choices we had to make. She took her time finding exactly what we wanted to create the vision we had for each room. She even helped entertain my kids while I made decisions. Can’t rave about Trina enough.

Our POC Bob Miller was great form whom we purchased floor tile, wall tile and carpeting for a large new build. He is extremely knowledgeable about the products and excellent at keeping you to your budget without sacrificing quality. Also very helpful in selecting and coordinating colors. Great experience overall.

I had a wonderful,successful appointment with Trina. She is a professional,thorough,knowlegable account executive who walked me through the selection of various options for luxury vinyl. She contacted each vendor for availability of every choice I was considering. When I made my decision ,the completion of the sale was time efficient . I would recommend working with Trina on all your design needs. Pro Source has a beautifully merchandised showroom with a fabulous display and selection of product!

Bob Miller was so helpful. He explained in detail the differences in L V flooring. He even let me take samples so that I could match with existing floors. Very pleasant experience! Thank you ProSource, I’ll be using you again soon for carpet in my upstairs.
