I sent my clients down to meet with BRONWEN. She helped guide him in all their selections of tile that we needed for the new bathrooms at their new home we were building for them. They were very happy and had a great working experience with BRONWEN.

I was assisted with my flooring purchase by Lisa. She was very knowledgeable and advised me on a product that was perfect for my needs. The flooring was priced competitively and arrived in a timely manner. It was picked up by my contractor of choice, Fossil Flooring. The floor was beautiful and undamaged. Daniel and John of Fossil Flooring performed an excellent install and went above and beyond my expectations. I firmly believe that the difference between someone who can do the job, and someone who SHOULD do the job is all in the last 10% of quality of work. From day 1, Daniel and John showed pride in their work. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had a quality floor install. They fixed squeaks (of which there were many), paid attention to details, were communicative and accommodating. Their pricing was an exceptional value. They even made extra trips to the hardware store to make sure that my oversights as a homeowner didn’t negatively impact the quality and life of my flooring, all without prompting. I’ve worked with my fair share of contractors who provided the minimal acceptable product. Fossil Flooring truly went above and beyond. I can not recommend them enough. Daniel and John, thank you. I will look nowhere else for my next flooring project and I encourage anyone reading this to look no further than ProSource and Fossil Flooring.

I did not know about ProSource until my contractor sent me there to look at flooring for my kitchen remodel project. I was put in touch with Melissa who was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me navigate the large selection of flooring, offering insights to the various materials that I selected. I appreciated her patience with me, answering all of my questions and listening to all of my "thinking out loud". I would certainly recommend her and ProSource to anyone who is looking at flooring. I also noticed that they have kitchen remodeling services. One stop shopping.
