In the process of remodeling our kitchen we went to Pro Source in Chesapeake. We were pleasantly surprised they are a one stop shop. We worked with Patrick on flooring and Jennifer and Shannon on cabinets, hardware and countertops. They assisted with the design and made suggestions to give us options to choose from and they were very knowledgeable, practical and helpful in all areas. We were able to get what we wanted in all three areas for a reasonable and fair price. We highly recommend Jennifer and Shannon for your design and material needs and Patrick for your overall project assessment and advice. Thank you Pro Source !

W began our journey with Pro Source 6 months ago. We had water damage in the kitchen and the damage had to be torn completely out. We were referred to Pro Source and began the selection process for new flooring, trim, cabinets, counter top, back splash, sink, faucet and even get a very good referral for a contractor to do the rebuild. COVID-19 hurt the cabinet builders and shipping and has delayed the process. Pro Source and Shannon Shifflett and her team at Pro Source stepped in and made things begin to happen and shorten the expected time frame. Shannon and her team worked wonders and are TRUE professionals with and eye on the customer experience. We thank you Shannon.

Working with Shannon Shifflett, was a wonderful experience. She went over and beyond to help me pick out the finishes and fixtures for my project, and was a huge help in getting everything on time and in a timely manner. Outstanding Customer Service. My sales Consultant was Kathy Franklin. She helped me pick out my floor tile, and back splash. I was so impressed with the Customer Service that I received . Kathy answer all the questions. All the Staff is friendly and will go out of their way to help you.
