Brent was great. He asked what we were looking for, really listened, and showed us products based on what we said. He answered our questions thoroughly and didn't try to sell us something we didn't want. Excellent customer service.

I highly recommend the services of Erica and Challaigne in Honolulu. They make a great team to help choose products, review options and design the room layout. I had lots of questions which were answered with grace and patience in the comfortable showroom. No revisions were too much to ask - they want the customer to be satisfied. They were easy to work with and I ended up with a beautiful kitchen and bathrooms using quality cabinets, hardware and flooring. They also worked professionally with my contractor on pick-ups and deliveries. Don't stop by looking at ProSource's website (I found that much less helpful but it did lead me to sale items!) Call and talk to Erica, you won't go wrong. Thanks ladies, you're the best and I highly recommend you both!

Excellent customer service! Delightfully pleased with ProSource’s wide array of quality-cabinet handles! I miscalculated the number of handles with our first order and requested more handles. Erica Casarez, Account Manager responded expeditiously and completed the order & shipping within a day of the request! Our cabinets have a renewed look! Mahalo e Erica!

Erica Lee Casarez, Account Manager for ProSource Wholesale of Honolulu was a pleasure to work with when we decided to replace the carpet and padding in our home. There was no question she could not answer, followed up quickly, took the time to explain our options in person during a difficult time under coronavirus pandemic business restrictions and delivered on all promises. There are so many different flooring options on the market today that it can make your head spin trying to understand it all. Where to start…what is LVT…are all LVT the same? Cynthia Cho was great in giving my husband and me a Flooring 411 class on the different types of LVT flooring to help us find a quality product that fit our budget and our lifestyle for our long awaited home renovation. Cynthia’s extensive knowledge of home improvement products, communication, follow through and emphasis on customer satisfaction made it very enjoyable to work with her.
