Our original account manager Zach was wonderful! We ordered floors. However we since have gotten a refund because of a “manager named Charles” and manufacturer issues. After one call inquiring about our floor was not returned I called again. Charles proceeded to inform me that bc of a hurricane the floor would be arriving as scheduled however that was not our scheduled delivery date. He would not let me talk and explain that he proceeded to be extremely rude. Upon asking for a manager I was told he was the one who handled customer complaints. I then replied that he should know how to talk to customers and to call me when the floors were in. Later the same day he called to notify us that the manufacturer labeled the floor wrong and The color we wanted was discontinued! We arrived at the store where he refused to apologize for his comments and proceeded to tell me I was in the wrong! We have gotten a refund and would NEVER recommend them!!!!!!
