The carpet company shorted me on my order but ProSource worked it out so that I didn't have any additional charge from the installer having to return. Much less expensive than Home Depot or other commercial carpet companies.

Excellent selection and service. Paul is outstanding-- highly knowledgeable and easy to work with. Made sure we got exactly what we wanted and the hardwoods look great.

I cannot say enough good about my experience with ProSource and their installer. They were informative, patient and detailed with every step in the process. The product is excellent and the installation could not have gone better. Everyone was polite, careful and cognizant of our home environment. We are thrilled the project is done and even more excited about the end result.

Have had good experiences with ProSource in the past, but this one was lacking in several ways. First, the associate who helped me pick out the tiles for my bathroom in store sold me a tile that was completely unusable for a shower floor. Then, she failed to order the merchandise. When her supervisor called several days later, she apologized and placed the order without noticing the error in the type of tile purchased. They refunded my money, but the whole process put my project back several days and required me to buy a tile elsewhere that did not match the accents already installed. Not what I expected from this company.

Our contractor, Wade Tiller with AAA Advanced Residential Rehab, connected us with Marilyn Silveria to look at Coretec samples to see what would be best in our home. The choices were overwhelming but Marilyn kept asking what we wanted and how did we want it to look. We ended up choosing Spirit Oak, the color is amazing but the look and feel of the product is what sold us. If you have any flooring needs you must go to ProSource and ask for Marilyn what a great team and wonderful product.
