Linda was very nice. I came in & wanted light grey hardwood. She showed me one I really liked. My husband told me I could not get laminate because we have a German shepherds & he would scratch the laminate & it would break very easily. Linda said it was all hardwood & was excellent quality & would hold up. My husband had 4 stage cancer & wanted me to get something good to hold up for a long time. Our flooring was installed in 1986 & needed replaced. So I ordered what she showed me & picked it up. My husband took a turn for the worst & I stayed by his side till he passed November 17. After thanksgiving my contractor came by & checked out the flooring to get started & it has grey laminate on the top & told me it would chip very easily & took out a small piece & showed me. Now I have to go get unfinished hardwood & stain it the color I want it. So I spent $3500.00 for flooring that will not hold up to my expectations & have to go get new. I also know it’s non refundable but only wished I was told it wasn’t all hardwood. If I would have known I would have never purchased it. Learned a lesson the expensive way.
