My wife & I would like to recognize & thank Laura Olmstead of ProSource of Las Vegas, located at 7350 Dean Martin Drive. She helped us immensely during the design our new cabinets during the remodeling of our bathrooms; and is currently starting work on our future Kitchen remodel. She is extremely knowledgeable of the various cabinet manufacturer’s and has a tremendous attention to detail when it comes to specific customer design requests. I purchased Mannington vinyl flooring for my home. It was installed in December and in less than a month it was scratched and dented. The flooring is supposed to be scratch resistant!!! The scratches were caused by pulling out and pushing in a chair at my kitchen island. I was told I shouldn't move furniture at all on my floor. Also, the chair caused dents in the floor. My dog walking on the floor caused scratches. Leo, the account manager, knew this flooring was going in the main area of my home (front hallway, kitchen, livingroom...). I was sold something that is only good on a showroom wall. I have been in contact with Sarah at prosource and she claims someone is supposed to come and look at the floor. She's very apologetic but still nothing is being done about this crappy flooring they sold me.

Pro Source is a very good Company, the account Manager we dealt with, Lisa, brought our experience to fantastic. She is a true professional; dedicating herself to the customer’s total satisfaction. Only through her efforts were we able to get our floors down in a very much needed timely manner. Thank you, Pro Source, for employing her. She is a gem!
