Pro Source made our home building process so easy. I was overwhelmed by all of the decisions to make and Jackie Dickinson was a huge help to me. She narrowed down my selections, she understood my vision and my budget. She was so patient with the many changes I made and even went back to help me modify again to get it within budget. She was very knowledgeable and incredibly easy to work with-highly recommend Pro Source and working with Jackie.

Tiffany Carlisle is the worst person to represent your company. We ordered cabinets in May and were told it was 8-12 weeks delivery time, giving us an approx. arrival of August 30-Sept 7. That was fine. Then we started getting pieces of shipments. We received sink base cabinets for three bathrooms without the drawer base cabinets in June or July. Have never received the drawer bases, and no one can seem to tell us when or where they are, since everything has been pointed to be the cabinet maker’s fault; and now, since I am very upset (angry, as she tells me), it’s my fault. We were then given delayed dates of delivery twice, which meant having to reschedule subs again and again. We received a partial shipment on October 12th. Then on the 15th, we received 3 cabinets without any documentation from the delivery person, except papers that didn’t even pertain to those cabinets. We have been told all the cabinets are in a warehouse in Baton Rouge, but no one can tell us where the cabinets are. We are at a loss. I sent a text to Tiffany and Cheryl, and I’ve only received Tiffany’s text responses, accusing me of blaming her, but if that makes me sleep better at night, then that fine to blame her. Prosource has totally screwed up this building project that has lost potential buyers due to not completing in time because of this entire chaotic cabinet fiasco. But now it seems to me, it’s the customer’s fault.
