We worked with Tracy at ProSource in Mokena to select flooring for a home we were building downstate. Although she knew we would be ultimately buying from another ProSource, Tracy treated us the same as a “paying customer”, providing expert guidance on multiple store visits. Tracy is very knowledgeable, knows the full range of products inside and out and was a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend Tracy and thank her for being an invaluable resource to us during our build.

Tracey in Mokena was very helpful, expertise is phenomenal, friendly, took all the time we needed, and I highly recommend her for every person that walks in the door. She is excellent and an asset to your store. Her type should be in every store. The first experience with a gentleman in Naperville (who I don't know his name) was an awful experience. He was not interested in helping us out at all. Thank goodness we were redirected to Tracey & she was awesome. Otherwise we would have passed up your establishment completely. The store has an abundance of choices which was nice to put different ideas together.

I would like to give recognition and credit to Doreen who diligently communicated back and forth in emails and met with me personally to design my kitchen. That had numerous challenges. It was a galley kitchen that had to be designed with reach and mobility limitations. The end result was perfect and beautiful.
