I work with ProSource for flooring needs for most of my clients and always feel like I am being looked after well. There are abundant selections, they stand behind their products and my sales rep, Andrew, is highly professional, knowledgeable and always ready to assist. I have no hesitation in recommending ProSource .

I was remodeling my bathroom & Kitchen. A friend took me to ProSource & once there I didn’t need to go anywhere else for my needs. Miguel helped me from start to finish & I had the best experience. The quartz & all the tile shopping was better than I expected because they had such a huge selection, and Miguel was extremely helpful & knowledgeable. I would highly recommend ProSource to anyone needing any type of tile, countertop, or flooring!!

Prosource has a wide variety of flooring materials to view and compare. The selection is huge with a variety of manufacturers, price categories, and material types. In addition, the samples may be borrowed and viewed at home. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The materials includes natural wood, vinyl planks and sheets, and a variety of tile options for accent, counter, and wall treatment. The North Hollywood location is well maintained, clean, and well lit.

We are doing an extensive home remodel of our home and Prosource of North Hollywood was recommended by our contractor. Robert was the employee who helped us extensively in picking out our tile and flooring. My wife and I do not have an 'eye' when it comes to matching colors but thankfully Robert does. He was very patient every time we went to the showroom and offered us very helpful advice. We initially had an issue with the floor manufacturer(no fault of Prosource) but the manager (Karen) stepped in very quickly and assisted us to make things right. We were very happy to know that businesses like Prosource value their customers. We will definitely recommend them to our friends and family. Be assured that if an issue comes up, Prosource will have you back and will protect the customer.
