Jon did a great job spending time with me (contractor) and customer. Helped in the extra ordering of materials. The ladies in the office also very helpful. My agitation was having to travel all over to different suppliers . Will never do business with Glazzio again.Have worked with Prosource in Santa Rosa and pleased with service.

ProSource helped me in many ways. They are friendly, and very competent. Most of all very helpful .when a designer let me down at the end of my remodel I called Corrin and she came through with a fabricator, vanity top, and sink, Then referred me to a a handyman that was able to finish my job. Thank You ProSource for saving my remodel, in time to be able to get it rented. The job was out of my area, had no contacts. I use ProSource in Oxnard, they referred me to Irvine office.

We have been working with ProSource for about 7 years now. As a commercial contractor, we need to work with people who work as hard as we do. We have worked with Carrie all 7 years. She is AMAZING!!! Always helpful and always keeps our budget in mind when we shop for samples. Their showroom is huge. And Carrie's expertise in flooring products helps us help our clients.

ProSource has one of the biggest selections of products I have ever seen. Their showroom is large, tidy and well-organized. Plan to spend hours looking at all their products, which is what I did. But I never felt rushed, or made to feel that I was taking too much time to choose products. I have just started my kitchen project and I am currently in the process of picking out my materials and planning the design. So for now, I gave a 3 rating for the "value" part of this review because I don't have any pricing yet. (I will amend this later). Anita Ward is who I am working with. She is not lazy and works overtime to be helpful! Anita is patient, listens well, and is fun to work with. Picking out the colors is the hardest part, but she manages to pick out what looks good to me based on what we talked about. She never was impatient with me during this lengthy process.
