Rick never Responded my phone calls. I was supposed to be able to return more that 5 boxes, when I returned 7, I still did not get the refund. I will never go back to prosource

The place is so beautiful. Its so hard to choose what you need because all the materials are so beautiful. Thank you Audra for helping me with my choices. The staff is so awesome. It turned out beautifully. I went to several places. Prosource is the Best for prices and merchandise. Thanks again. I just never leave home now.

The place is just a better-than-average quality showroom if you look entirely on your own, a bit overwhelming with too many choices. Until Audra gets involved. With a few questions and hopefully some samples you bring to have her reference to, she transforms the place into an "a-ha" revelation. Worth getting our problems solved even if it's a trip for us to get there. Back now for our third project, and she hasn't let us down.

We worked with Audra. She got us samples for everything we needed. She listened to us to understand what our style and color schemes were and facilitated us picking out our materials. Herb, Rebecca , and Lisa were a pleasure to work with. I was very pleased with all my products, timliness of delivery, and communication.
