I'm being going to Pro Source for my flooring needs for long time and I get amazed at their services every time. Their sales people are awesome and very knowledgeable but today I want to thank their wherehouse team. Rich and Donovan are awesome and always eager to help. They went above and beyond to make sure that the loading process is very fast and smooth. I can no thank them enough for their help. Thank you Rich and Donovan for all your help!

Michael is very good to work with. I have done several projects with him. We are new to the area and this ProSource is the best I have been in. I am a Interior Designer and he has always been available to me.

Bob and Chuck were very helpful and responsive. Excellent experience and never felt any pressure. Their knowledge of the products and even the install process was extremely helpful.

I worked with Michael who helped me with tile selection for a pattern design. The product (petraia porcelain) looked good in the showroom but included tiles with unacceptable color variations. Four sizes of tile were to be combined in a Versailles pattern, however size of gap between tiles could not be adequately controlled. Not clear if this was an installer issue or limitations of the four different sized tiles. Tiles were removed and a second installer, highly recommended, was called. After looking at the proposed work, gave an estimate but never came back.

We found working with Ray McKern to be an extremely comfortable and pleasant experience. The selection of flooring was very good, and his willingness to help us in anyway was top notch service. We highly recommend Ray and Prosource for flooring and countertop needs.

Lisa was wonderful to work with as she got us carpet samples on short notice and produced pricing very quickly. She handled ordering the carpet, having it bound and delivered in a short time span. All went as planned and we are very happy with the products and service.
